Just wanted to report that Pico 4.0 does NOT work with Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) 6C115. If you install it and try to run it you will get an error prompt from the terminal. To resolve this, you can open the OPTIONAL INSTALLS folder on the Mac OS X Install Disc 1 and reinstall the BSD subsystem software. I will try other apps out in 10.2 over the next few days, in particular xFree86 and XDarwin. 10.2 seems to have wiped out all man paths to xFree86 and XDarwin as none of the command paths are found. XDarwin won't even launch.
