I'd love to easily run Robert Hyatt's excellent chess engine Crafty - ftp://ftp.cis.uab.edu/pub/hyatt/ - with Tim Mann's GUI "XBoard" - http://www.tim-mann.org/xboard.html - on MacOS X. Any thoughts?

Virtual PC? If not then you have to rely on version 18.12 which works in the Classic Mac Environment but has go graphical interface...

You can use Fink to install Crafty.

I've run it successfully from the commandline.
