AFAIK, there isn't currently available a MacOS X program that will play your CD without stopping between tracks with 0 lead time. It'd be nice to have a console cd app anyway.

One possibility is libcdaudio/cdcd (download cdcd or libcdaudio)

It didn't compile straight out of the box when I tried it, though I'll continue to poke at it.
