Any one know of a true workspace manager for os x? Space.app just doesn't cut it for me. I want something like Virtual Desktop on OS 9 or one fo the nice linux windows managers has. Anything that could be ported? I looked through Sourceforge, but nothing looked ripe.

There's nothing that can be ported to Aqua that functions like that. There has to be a program that is written purely in Cocoa/Carbon for this to work. Hey, that's a great program idea!

Virtual Desktop in Mac OS 9 has been a major productivity booster.
I really can't believe that no one has written one for OS X yet. Like I said in the previous post, Space is a nice app, and does what it advertises, but it is really just an auto hider, not a workspace manager like is available in KDE.
