"sitecopy is for easily maintaining remote web sites. The program will upload files to the server which have changed locally, and delete files from the server which have been removed locally, to keep the remote site synchronized with the local site with a single command."

There's a fink package for it, so apparently it's eminently portable to OS X, however, fink won't install it without several irrelevant "dependancies"... python, X11, and about 27 other packages that have nothing to do with this command-line C program.

I tried building it myself from source for OS X 10.1.5 and ran into a compiler error... that is, gcc reported an internal error with itself, so I'm stuck.
